The Essentials Series: Custom Design

Your home, in simple form.

The Essentials Series is a monochrome matte-white or light-grey PLA miniature, designed from your exterior photos. It focuses on your home's overall shape, main rooflines, windows and doors, with simple surfaces and sturdy details.

Included in every Shopify order: a plain 3D-printed display base, personalised plaque and landscaping, at no additional charge. We agree the base footprint, plaque wording and landscaping plan during the digital review.

Currency: separate CAD and USD price guides are shown below. Select Canada (CAD) or United States (USD) in the site's country/currency menu. The selected-size price above and at checkout uses your chosen currency.

There is no exterior colour matching or elaborate surface-texture package. Small features may be simplified or thickened to remain clean and durable at the selected size. Choose Heritage for your home's painted colours, or Architectural for paint plus up to three agreed detailed textures.

Image guide: both gallery images are illustrative concepts, not completed customer-model photographs or your actual design proof. They show the intended simple monochrome finish, not a promise of full-size material realism. The base, example plaque and landscaping illustrate the inclusions in your Shopify package; the house itself remains monochrome.

From your photos to your model

1. Share your references: send clear front, side and rear photos, plus any details that matter most.
2. Review the design: your project-specific digital proof is prepared after ordering. Approve the proportions, rooflines and main openings before printing.
3. Monochrome production: your model is printed and finished in matte white or light grey PLA. Typical build: 2–3 weeks; we confirm timing with you.
4. Final review and shipping: review finished-model photos before dispatch. Standard shipping to Canada and the United States is free.

Size refers to the house's longest side; width and height follow its proportions. The included base adds to the overall display footprint, which we confirm during the digital review. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
