Frequently asked questions
Can I order if my parent has already moved out?
Yes. Historical photos, Google Street View, and family photos from any era can be used. We work from whatever you have. The model will reflect the house as it looked in the photo.
What if I only have an old or blurry photo?
Our designer reviews every photo before production begins. If your photo is insufficient, we will tell you before you pay — and suggest alternatives. In many cases we can supplement with public street view imagery.
Can I order for a parent in the United States?
Yes. We ship to all 50 US states from Canada. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days once shipped. You pay in CAD; the exchange rate benefits US buyers at current rates.
Is it fragile? Will it survive being moved?
PLA models (Essentials and Heritage) are solid and durable — not fragile. Architectural Series models are resin, which is harder and more detailed but should be kept on a stable surface. We ship everything in protective foam packaging.
