We know that a move is more than just a change of address — it’s a transition. We treat the shipping of your keepsakes with the same reverence we use in our lab. Here is how we ensure your memories arrive safely at your new home.

Because we hand-finish every 3D recreation, we do not “rush” our process. Please allow 7–14 days for our lab artists to model, craft, and inspect your keepsake before it is carefully packed.

We believe memories are worth the wait.

We use archival-grade, eco-friendly cushioning and double-walled boxes. We pack each item as if it were our own family heirloom, ensuring it can withstand the bumps of the road to reach you in pristine condition.

The moment your keepsake leaves our lab, you will receive a tracking number. We invite you to follow its journey.

If you are in the middle of a move and need to change your delivery address last minute, please email us immediately. We understand that plans shift during a transition.

Transitions are stressful enough. In the rare event that your keepsake is damaged during transit, do not worry.

Simply take a photo of the package and send it to us. We will move you to the front of our production line and ship a replacement at no cost to you, immediately.

We ship our keepsakes globally. Please note that while we handle the craftsmanship, international customs may occasionally cause delays.

We will work with you to track your package until it is safely in your hands. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you are shipping this as a gift to a parent who has just moved into assisted living or a smaller home, please let us know in the order notes.

We will include a handwritten card with your message to make the homecoming even more special. Just tell us what you’d like to say — we’ll make sure the words arrive with the memory.
