How are corporate projects priced?
Corporate pricing is always project-based. We prepare a custom quotation after reviewing the building, size, architectural detail, finish, quantity and any special requirements. Retail model tiers do not determine your corporate project price.
Can we start with a single model?
Yes. A single commission can establish the design, size and finish before you consider a wider program. Any subsequent quantity, pricing and schedule are quoted separately.
Can this complement our existing gift offering?
Yes. We can discuss a standalone architectural keepsake or a model that complements your gift presentation. Brand treatment, packaging compatibility and any agency-specific requirements need to be agreed in the scope.
What reference material do you need?
Exterior photos, elevations, floor plans or existing CAD files can help define the building. We review what is available and identify missing views or measurements before confirming the level of detail.
Can lighting or recorded audio be included?
These are optional features subject to design and feasibility review. They are not included in the completed static models shown here or promised as a standard specification.
How do invoicing, timing and shipping work?
Production timeline confirmed in the quotation. Canada/US: free shipping over CAD $300; other destinations by quote. Project-specific delivery requirements are reviewed before an order is placed.
US orders invoiced through Clear Cut USA LLC will identify that entity on the quotation and invoice.
