A miniature can be something to look at together and discuss, if the recipient enjoys it. Responses and preferences differ. We do not claim that our models treat dementia, reduce agitation or improve memory.

Discuss suitability before ordering

Ask the recipient and their care team about placement and handling. These are display miniatures with potentially small or delicate parts, not toys or therapeutic devices. Tell us about handling concerns so we can review feasible choices; a model should not be treated as shatter-resistant or safe for unsupervised handling.

Choose your finish

Essentials: a clean monochrome house, focused on form, roofline, windows and doors.

Heritage: painted in the home's colors, with simple surfaces.

Architectural: everything in Heritage, plus up to three agreed detailed textures, such as shingles, siding, brick or stone.

Every standard Shopify Essentials, Heritage and Architectural physical-house commission includes a plain 3D-printed display base, personalized plaque and landscaping at no additional charge. We agree the footprint, wording and landscaping plan during design review. Wooden bases are discontinued.

Small, Medium and Large houses measure approximately 6, 8 or 10 inches along the house's longest side. Width and height follow the house's proportions; the base increases the total display footprint. We confirm dimensions in the digital proof. These options do not imply a fixed architectural or model-railway scale.

References & scope

Share exterior photos, your preferred size and any must-have details. We review missing views, feasibility, finish and price before you order.

Order & digital review

After ordering, receive your project-specific digital proof. Confirm the proportions, rooflines, openings, base footprint, plaque wording and landscaping before printing.

Printing & finishing

We print and assemble the approved design. Essentials stays monochrome; Heritage and Architectural are painted. Small features may be simplified or thickened for printing and handling.

Final photos & delivery

Review photographs of your completed model before dispatch. Standard shipping to Canada and the United States is included for these house commissions. Transit time is separate from production.

Standard physical production typically takes 2–3 weeks after you approve the digital design. Digital design time and shipping transit are additional; we confirm your project's schedule before production. Please discuss a fixed gift date before ordering.
