Clear Cut Custom Lab is a small studio in Mississauga, Ontario that builds and sources custom physical objects for customers in Canada and the United States. You can start from a photo, a sketch, an image you made with AI, a CAD file or just a description. No CAD file needed.

Most jobs mix the two: the custom parts are made here, and anything better made elsewhere is sourced and brought together into one finished piece.

What we don't do. We are not an engineering firm. Products that must be certified or carry safety, electrical, structural or medical requirements need separate engineering, testing or certification, and we'll tell you when a job needs that. We make one piece to about 100 per design ourselves; beyond that we coordinate factory production rather than make it here.
Our work so far
Most of our completed work is custom architectural models: we take a customer's photographs of a building that exists only in the real world, model it digitally, then print, finish and ship it. It is the same path an AI image, a sketch or a product idea takes.
How it works
Up to three pictures, plus what it's for, how many you need and by when. It takes about two minutes.
If something is missing, such as sizes or the sides a picture doesn't show, we ask. If it isn't something we can make well, we say so.

We make and gather the parts, finish and assemble the piece, and ship it to you in Canada or the United States.
No. A photo, a sketch or an AI-generated image is enough to start. If you do have CAD files, send them too.
Yes. AI images usually leave things out, such as real dimensions or what the back looks like, so we ask about whatever is missing and model it before anything is made.
From a single piece to about 100 per design in our studio. For larger quantities we find and manage a factory, including samples and shipping.
Yes. We source components, have suppliers make the parts we don't make in-house, work with overseas factories for larger runs, and track down existing products when what you need already exists.
