At Clear Cut Custom Lab, we start with your reference photos and the details that matter to you. We're based in North Carolina, serving customers in the United States and Canada.

We create the digital design after you order. You review its proportions, rooflines and agreed details before we begin printing, and you see photographs of the completed model before dispatch.

Our three physical-house finishes keep the choice clear: Essentials is monochrome; Heritage is painted in the home's colors; Architectural adds up to three agreed detailed textures. All three Shopify commissions include a plain 3D-printed display base, personalized plaque and landscaping.

These are made-to-order display miniatures. Some small features need to be simplified or thickened at the chosen size. We explain those choices and agree the scope with you, rather than promise that every full-size detail can be reproduced.
