Yes. We serve Florida destinations, including The Villages, Sun City Center and Solivita. Standard US shipping is included with standard Shopify physical-house packages; delivery arrangements are confirmed for your address.
Yes. Tell us the intended delivery address and any required date before ordering. For a care setting, discuss the recipient's preferences, placement and handling with them and their care team. Any extra gift note or packaging needs confirmation.

Standard physical production typically takes 2–3 weeks after digital design approval. Digital design time and shipping transit are additional; your project's delivery estimate is confirmed separately. Discuss a required date before ordering.
Send historical photographs, plans or other references you have permission to use. We review what they show and flag missing information; the model's version, boundaries and inferred details are agreed in the digital proof.
Our models are personal display keepsakes, not therapeutic devices. We do not promise recognition, memory improvement or relief from dementia symptoms. Discuss suitability and handling with the recipient and care team; miniatures may have small or delicate parts.
Yes. We offer a landscaping add-on for CA$80 that includes the front yard, hedges, signature trees, garden beds, and driveway as they appear in your reference photos. Landscaping transforms the model from an architectural piece into a full scene — the home in its setting, the way you remember it. Add it in your order notes or mention it when you send us your photos.
Yes. An engraved plaque with a display base is a CA$100 add-on (CA$120 together with landscaping). You can personalise it with the street address, the years the family lived there, or a short dedication — whatever the home means to your family. It is a small detail that makes the piece feel complete.
